Physical Therapy Evaluation

Service Description

This is the beginning. In this 75 minute one on one evaluation a detailed medical and injury history will be taken to understand the full nature of what your body goes through. From there, a thorough assessment of your strength, range of motion, and movement patterns will be taken to more fully determine if and how you may benefit from physical therapy. Together we establish a plan of care to meet your specific goals that also works for your lifestyle as well as your mental and physical well being.
